Reflux

Has anyone out there attempted a dairy-free diet in order to alleviate reflux in your child? Poor Tripp cries in his sleep due to the pain, but I want to try to fix it before putting him on meds. Lilley Pie had reflux and spit up quite a bit, but it didn't seem to bother like like it does him. Thanks for words of wisdom!!!!

I'm so sorry to hear it. I didn't need to do dairy-free, but I know some people with the same problem and have had great success. I know it's annoying, but possibly the answer. Worth a shot. Though, I may choose meds over giving up dairy for months. :) Good of you to try the non-med approach first though. You are better than me! Gluten can do it too, I think.

Love y'all! Good luck.

I always drank a White Russian to alleviate my own acid reflux, though I doubt that will help in this specific scenario. Good luck!
